Smart Scale (Premium) Automatically Adjusts:
Problematic ingredients are occasionally swapped for similar ingredients that are a better fit for your macro nutrient goals. This includes swapping high fat meats for low fat meats, high carb sides for carb friendly alternatives, as well as cooking oils, breads, nuts, and just about anything else that can be swapped without ruining the recipe.
Ingredient portion sizes within recipes are sometimes changed to improve the macro balance of a recipe.
This includes lowering the amount of problematic ingredients (often high fat or high carb), as well as increasing the portion size of ingredients to reach certain goals (often high protein ingredients)
All of this is done within certain constraints to maintain the integrity of the recipe.
The serving size of each recipe will be individually adjusted, based on its macro balance, to ensure you hit your calorie AND macro goals for each day in a meal plan.
